Celebrating a legacy in the western horse industry.
The National Pleasure Horse Association of Australia was formed over 40 years ago by people interested in promoting the Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle disciplines of the western horse industry. Our annual NPHA Celebration Show has progressed today into being the most prestigious western horse show in the southern hemisphere.
The NPHA Celebration Show is held annually at the world class venue, Sydney International Equestrian Centre in Horsley Park, New South Wales. It features a full AA AQHA, PHAA and AAA approved western performance program, over 25 feature and futurity events and guaranteed prize money exceeding $100,000 paid out across all open classes. We source the most highly credentialed international judges each year from the United States of America to judge some of the best horses our country has to offer.
In 2026, we will again host the NSW Quarter Horse State Championships, bringing over a week of competitive showing combined with the EquinePure NPHA Celebration Show making it the premier event on the western horse show calendar.
